Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SAS, R, or Python
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA/HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on data integration projects
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems
- Contribute to data governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal or government data systems
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with 508 accessibility standards for data products
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Knowledge of OMB data management directives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
