Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using provided advanced hardware/software
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on multi-source data integration projects
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for data processing
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- U.S. citizenship required
