Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior federal leadership
- Implement data quality control protocols and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data standards and compliance frameworks
