Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from various federal and internal sources.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify key trends and anomalies.
- Create detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure strict data integrity, security compliance, and adherence to federal regulations (e.g., FISMA).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
- Maintain and optimize database queries to improve reporting performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for scripting.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
