- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST) and privacy regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Congressional briefings and agency stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate analytical findings
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal or government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical modeling
- Certification in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience working with federal financial systems (e.g., USAspending.gov)
- Strong understanding of FISMA and data privacy regulations
- Ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences
