As a key member of our Data Governance division, you will ensure data integrity, support compliance reporting, and drive decision-making processes for federal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to federal operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to translate business requirements into robust data models and analytical queries.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations, security standards, and compliance protocols (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Conduct statistical analysis to support impact evaluations and performance metrics reporting.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analysis workflows and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a strong plus.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance (or willingness to undergo the process).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
