Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support homeland security operations and policy development
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, and DHS protocols)
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and improve data quality
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Stay current with evolving federal regulations and data security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Familiarity with federal compliance requirements (FISMA, HIPAA)
