Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and OMB data standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to improve data quality initiatives
- Document data lineage and maintain audit trails for regulatory reviews
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance frameworks
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with CMS, HHS, or federal healthcare data repositories
- Tableau/Power BI certification preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
- Strong written communication for technical/non-technical audiences
