Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or R.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards, including FedRAMP and NIST guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy makers and IT teams to define data requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes within federal agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
