Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends and patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with strict federal regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Perform data cleaning, ETL processes, and model validation.
- Advise on data governance and best practices for secure data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and federal compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
