Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes using SQL and Python

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and terminologies
- Federal background investigation clearance eligibility
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
