- Data Collection & Management: Gather and verify federal data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
- Reporting Support: Assist senior analysts in preparing high-quality statistical reports, charts, and graphs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update digital databases, performing routine quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Research Assistance: Conduct research to support policy analysis and assist in identifying trends within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences through written summaries and presentations.
- Compliance: Adhere to strict federal security protocols and data privacy regulations during all processing tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors in data entry and perform precise work under time constraints.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts simply.
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation and security clearance process.
