Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to support decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in government data.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports for federal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure all data handling complies with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and agency policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Maintain data integrity and perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or willingness to undergo the process).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-capable environment.
