- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns and forecast future outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards, privacy regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Document data processes and methodologies to support knowledge transfer and process improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of data pipelines to identify and rectify errors efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for complex data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance (if applicable to the specific contract).
