Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse federal sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement robust data governance frameworks.
- Perform statistical modeling and forecasting to support project planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and statistical software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical audiences.
