Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for senior leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive-level presentations
- Maintain secure data handling protocols in classified environments
- Support continuous improvement of data quality frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Familiarity with federal reporting standards (e.g., OMB, GAO)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
