Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets
- Present findings to federal stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Adhere to strict federal data security protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis
- Ability to handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Active government security clearance preferred
