Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and agency-specific data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and data gaps.
- Maintain data integrity and security standards across all systems.
- Conduct regular audits of data accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with federal or government systems is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required).
