Are you a detail-oriented Data Analyst seeking an Immediate Hire opportunity in Philadelphia? We are partnering with a premier Federal contracting firm to find a skilled professional to drive data-driven decision-making on critical government projects.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw government data into actionable insights. You will ensure data integrity, ensure compliance with federal standards, and deliver high-impact reporting for our diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various federal sources and legacy systems.
- Develop and maintain advanced interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure all data analysis and storage adhere to strict federal compliance standards, including NIST and FISMA.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning for federal agencies.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations that clearly communicate findings to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the Federal Government or Defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python/R for advanced statistical modeling.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
