Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data quality.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI, Tableau, or Tableau to present findings to stakeholders.
- Write comprehensive technical reports and documentation for federal auditors and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance standards.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Understanding of FISMA compliance, FedRAMP, or other federal data security standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is required.
