Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover hidden trends.
- Report Generation: Create detailed, high-level reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Data Security Compliance: Ensure all data handling processes adhere to strict NISPOM and FISMA regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose technical solutions to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to define data requirements and validate analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical analysis software.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Communication: Strong ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
