As a Federal Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring mission success through rigorous analysis and secure reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets from diverse federal sources and legacy systems.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal security protocols during data handling.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Document data processes and create comprehensive technical reports for government clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal or Intelligence sector.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA) and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
