Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and support policy recommendations
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for congressional briefings and agency leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal data analysis with knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal statistical reporting systems (e.g., CMS, CDC databases)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
