Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from federal systems and legacy databases to generate actionable insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with OMB Circular A-123 and FISMA security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and improve data governance frameworks.
- Conduct statistical modeling and trend analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Document data processes, maintain technical documentation, and provide training on data visualization tools.
- Prepare briefings and presentations for senior leadership regarding analytical findings and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a cleared environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for briefing senior leadership.
