Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from federal agencies to support decision-making processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with federal data security protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA, DIACAP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for advanced statistical modeling.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
