Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal and internal sources to ensure high data quality.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and government clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, security, and reporting processes.
- Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to federal regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights.
