Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to support decision-making processes.
- Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to define data requirements and report deliverables.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal regulations, ITAR, and FedRAMP compliance protocols.
- Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures for data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
