Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for federal reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to support decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and data governance policies.
- Document data processes and provide technical support to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
