Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical tool (Python/R/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data modeling
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) preferred
