Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform complex federal datasets into clear, actionable reports and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate business objectives into analytical models.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends, identify risks, and support evidence-based policy development.
- Maintain and update existing data pipelines to ensure real-time accuracy and system efficiency.
- Present findings to senior leadership and technical audiences through compelling presentations and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and complex analysis.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
