Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal network systems and infrastructure during overnight hours.
- Ensure 24/7 operational continuity for high-priority government clients.
- Perform routine system checks, data entry, and generate accurate daily reports.
- Respond promptly to technical alerts and resolve operational issues within established SLAs.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and fast typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening and drug test.
- Previous experience in a call center or technical support role is a plus.
