Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale federal datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in government data.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and reporting structures.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for federal leadership and congressional briefings.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) is a plus.
