Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced statistical methods and visualization tools
- Develop automated reporting systems for defense intelligence operations
- Collaborate with military leadership to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NISPOM)
- Present complex analytical results to senior government stakeholders through executive dashboards
- Lead data quality assurance initiatives for defense infrastructure projects
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal government data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming
- Active or eligible for Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of DoD data architecture and security frameworks
- Experience with geospatial data analysis and defense mapping systems
