Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large-scale datasets to identify trends and patterns relevant to federal operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including senior management and policy makers.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal data governance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and subject matter experts to improve data collection processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
