Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and validate large volumes of federal data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis to support government strategic planning.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data handling practices adhere to strict federal regulations, including NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with ETL processes is required.
- Visualization: Proven experience creating dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Certifications: PMP or CISSP certifications are a plus.
