In this pivotal role, you will support critical government initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. You will work closely with program managers and subject matter experts to identify trends, generate high-level reports, and drive decision-making processes within federal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple federal and internal sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict compliance with federal security standards (FedRAMP/FISMA).
- Conduct statistical analysis to support policy development and operational efficiency improvements.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for team reference and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis within the federal sector or a comparable government contractor environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, and Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense).
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills in a high-stakes environment.
