Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets related to federal operations and public policy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and strict compliance with federal security protocols and regulations.
- Utilize statistical modeling techniques to predict outcomes and support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a similar regulated industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, as well as Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
