Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methodologies
- Design and maintain secure data pipelines ensuring FISMA and HIPAA compliance
- Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-agency stakeholders to define data requirements and deliverables
- Conduct thorough data quality audits and implement robust validation protocols
- Support federal audits by preparing comprehensive documentation and metadata
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to address emerging policy challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal/government data analysis experience with security clearance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 24 FAM)
- Proven experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
