Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate complex federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with ITAR and DFARS regulations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or SAS.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support program evaluation and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and federal clients.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure proper documentation of data sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (Top Secret clearance is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
