What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends and support decision-making processes.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with program managers and technical leads to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, data governance policies, and reporting standards.
- Maintain and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to support real-time data access.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis within a government, defense, or federal contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
