Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large, complex datasets from multiple federal sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support program evaluation.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) and security protocols.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
