Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all data processes adhere to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, methodologies, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
