Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize federal datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Data Entry & Maintenance: Perform high-volume data entry tasks and update existing databases with precision.
- Compliance Assistance: Help ensure all data handling processes adhere to federal regulations and agency standards.
- Collaborative Analysis: Work alongside senior analysts to identify potential data discrepancies and suggest improvements.
- Document Management: Organize and file statistical documentation and records efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details and ensure data integrity with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including occasional overtime or weekends during peak periods.
