Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize federal datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to support mission-critical reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline federal reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards and briefings
- Maintain data integrity across classified and unclassified systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of federal data security regulations and compliance frameworks
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for data warehousing
