Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for federal stakeholders using Tableau
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal regulations (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Document data processes and maintain audit trails for federal compliance
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
