Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data governance, compliance, and security protocols.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Document data processes and create technical reports for agency leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights.
