Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Prepare comprehensive reports for federal regulatory bodies and congressional briefings
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Lead data quality initiatives and implement validation frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal government data analysis or compliance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Knowledge of federal data regulations (CUI, PII handling)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools
