Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support agency objectives.
- Design and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with federal regulations, including FISMA and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers and subject matter experts to define data requirements.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform data cleansing, normalization, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or contracting sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
