Responsibilities
- Monitor federal surveillance systems, access control logs, and perimeter sensors continuously throughout the night shift.
- Conduct routine security inspections and verify compliance with federal regulations and company protocols.
- Document and report any anomalies, security breaches, or operational irregularities immediately via established channels.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of critical information and operational status.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications and emergency response protocols effectively.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal positions.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or federal contract work.
- Proven track record of working effectively in night shift or rotating shift environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during extended periods of monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
