Key Responsibilities:
As a Federal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to government stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex data models and statistical analyses to support program evaluation and policy recommendations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Write comprehensive technical reports and briefings, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable language for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and ensure analytical methodologies align with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a government contracting or federal agency environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance is a plus.
